This Privacy Policy explains how Bedrock (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you interact with our website at bedrockreset.com or, in the future, the Bedrock mobile application. We take privacy seriously. We collect as little as possible, we do not sell data, and we tell you plainly what happens to what we do collect.

1. Who we are

Bedrock is operated by Charles Peart, an individual developer based in Jamaica. You can reach us at hello@bedrockreset.com.

2. What we collect on this website

When you join the waitlist by submitting your email address, we collect:

• Your email address
• The time of your submission
• Which form on the page you used (for understanding user behaviour only, not for identification)

We do not use cookies to track you across the web. We do not use advertising trackers. The landing page is served via Vercel, which may log standard server information (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes, retained for a short period.

3. How we use your email

We use the email address you submit solely to:

• Notify you when Bedrock launches
• Send you early-access or lifetime-pricing offers you signed up for
• Communicate important updates directly related to the product you requested access to

We will not send you unrelated marketing. We will not share your address with any third party for their own marketing. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@bedrockreset.com.

4. Third-party services we use

To run the website, we rely on the following services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

• Formspree receives and processes the waitlist form submissions before delivering them to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Namecheap provides our domain and email service.

5. The mobile application (when it launches)

When the Bedrock mobile app becomes available, this Privacy Policy will be updated to cover data handling within the app. At that time, we will describe exactly what the app collects (such as account credentials and the habits you choose to track), how it is stored, and who processes it. We will notify you of material changes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bedrockreset.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Data retention

We retain waitlist email addresses until you request deletion, or until we reasonably conclude the waitlist is no longer active, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and performance purposes.

8. Children

Bedrock is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be announced to waitlist subscribers by email.
