These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bedrock website at bedrockreset.com and, in the future, the Bedrock mobile application. By joining the waitlist or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Bedrock is operated by Charles Peart, an individual based in Jamaica. Contact: hello@bedrockreset.com.

2. The waitlist

By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The email address you submitted belongs to you or you are authorised to use it
• You understand we will use it to notify you about Bedrock as described in our Privacy Policy

3. No guarantee of launch or pricing

The Bedrock mobile application is currently in development. We intend to launch on Google Play and the Apple App Store, but we make no guarantee of a launch date, the final feature set, or final pricing. Lifetime pricing or early-access offers mentioned on the website are best-effort commitments, not contractual guarantees, until the product is live.

4. Use of the website

The bedrockreset.com website is provided for informational and waitlist signup purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or its underlying services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to submit the form without express permission
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

The Bedrock name, design, text content, and visual presentation of the website are the property of Charles Peart and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to bedrockreset.com freely. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Bedrock provides general information about discipline, routines, and self-improvement. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charles Peart and Bedrock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which, for the waitlist phase, is zero).

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica, unless local law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction.
